The special issue I read came out as copies for the class to read when we were reaching puberty, and sexual abuse was a major topic during that time. After we read it, we kept going through a "Socratic seminar" session (as just us kids, no teachers) to talk about what to do if this were to happen to us or anyone we knew. We found more issues of this famed group and learned they did more than raise awareness of sexual abuse; they fought against the many issues I just named above, and they made the message clear.
Now, as I see this redone version of the Power Pack, they still fight those issues and have been rebooted for a younger audience; something I approve of because children these days need to know about these kinds of issues and how to help prevent these things from ever happening, thanks to the message and efforts that the Power Pack does.
I love this drawing, by the way. I love the newly designed version of the Power Pack; I hated the 80s style that it originally had, although it does have that amazing nostalgic feeling. Great details on the Pack's costumes and powers.
But guys you forgot one. What about Reed and sues son. He joined Power pack too! Remember Franklin Richards.
