here is my second f two comissions for . this time its virus. she can absorb, store, and pass on any disease, illness, etc. scary powers! she is the cause for the swine flu outbreak. lol once again, he gave permission to alter the costume abit and make it look more like he wants it to look. he makes his characters in city of heroes.
